Our beginnings in Zaandam

CELTUS began in Zaandam, the Netherlands, with Celtus Financial. Its work brought together ERP consulting, tax advisory services and interim finance management—the foundations of the consulting business that continues today.

A wider range of operational businesses

Celtus Global served as the holding company above Celtus Financial. The wider CELTUS history also includes businesses with distinct areas of operational expertise.

Celtus Trustee

Celtus Trustee provided outsourced fiduciary and administrative services (Treuhand Dienste), including accounting, VAT administration and company incorporation services in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany. Its services also included nominee officers for client companies.

Celtus Facility

Celtus Facility operated in facility management across the greater Amsterdam area.

Celtus Cars

Celtus Cars specialised in vehicle maintenance and restoration, with a particular focus on American classic cars.

A change of focus

Our principal’s relocation to Ireland marked a turning point for CELTUS. Many of the sister businesses were subsequently spun off or closed, as CELTUS’s focus shifted towards the consulting business.

Coming together as Celtus Business Solutions

In 2012, the remaining operations of Celtus Financial Ltd, Celtus Consultancy B.V. and Celtus Trustee were merged into Celtus Business Solutions, bringing their experience and activities together under one business identity.

Consulting, with Ireland at its heart

Today, Ireland is home to our principal and the heart of the CELTUS consulting business. Our consulting focus brings together finance expertise, business process improvement and SAP.

Celtus Business Solutions Ireland Ltd and Celtus Business Solutions B.V. form part of the same CELTUS Business Solutions consulting business. Our shared focus is on understanding the business requirement and turning it into practical results.
