This notice explains the personal information associated with visits to CELTUS.ie and enquiries sent to CELTUS Business Solutions.

Privacy enquiries

For questions about your personal information or to exercise your data-protection rights, contact corporate@celtus.org. Our company addresses and telephone numbers are available in the legal notice.

Information collected when you visit

Browsing this website does not require registration. We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and our fonts and images are served locally. The hosting server may record technical information such as your IP address, the pages requested, request times and browser details in access or security logs.

Information you provide when contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, your enquiry may include your name, contact details, company information and the contents of your correspondence. We use that information to respond to you and discuss the services you have asked about. The email links on this site open your own email application. A contact form is planned but is not currently active; this notice will be updated when its processing arrangements are in place.

You choose what to include in your enquiry. Without appropriate contact details or sufficient information about your request, we may be unable to respond.

How long we keep correspondence

We retain contractual and order-related correspondence for seven years. Other correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for any minimum period required by applicable law. Where no legal retention requirement applies, we delete it once it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies or use browser storage for analytics, advertising or tracking. No third-party videos, maps or social-media widgets are embedded.

Service providers and external websites

We use Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft’s cloud-hosted email service, to receive, store and manage email correspondence. Microsoft processes email data on our behalf as part of providing that service. Website hosting also involves a service provider that processes the technical information needed to operate the website. Following a link to another website takes you to a separately operated service whose own privacy notice applies.

Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and the applicable legal basis, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, erasure or restriction of its processing, and data portability. You may also have the right to object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send requests to corporate@celtus.org. We may need sufficient information to verify your identity before disclosing personal information.

Complaints

You have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority. In Ireland, you can contact the Data Protection Commission. You may also contact the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work, where applicable.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the website’s features or relevant processing arrangements change.
